Kinder - Kicks; 6 - 7 year olds. A great introduction to the world of soccer. Ball skills and individual motor skills improve each week in a fun, game oriented environment. Classes are co - ed. Junior Kicks; 8 - 10 year olds.Sessions are co ed. unless noted. The eight sessions will teach and improve the basic dribbling techniques used to maintain possession of the ball. Developing a "feel" for the ball is essential at this age to build self confidence in a young player. 1 v 1 moves are introduced, supported with passing and shooting routines. Junior High School; 11- 13 year olds.Both boys and girls session will focus on 1 v 1 moves to beat opponents. Technical areas of passing, receiving and shooting are also incorporated into the excercises. Our "Fast Feet" program will be utilized to improve these areas of the player's game. Tactical areas covered will include 1 v 1 decision making and combination play to keep possession. Sessions end in competitive play. High School; 13 years old and above.Clinics are grouped by age and ability and may be co ed. 1 v1 moves are mastered. Sessions include plenty of "Fast Feet" exercises. Combination and team play is also encouraged in 4 v 4 formats. The goal is to improve the speed of play with the ball and, the speed of correct decisionmaking with and without the ball. Our clinic ratios are 12 : 1 or less. As policy we may ask your child to relocate to another clinic after two weeks so they are placed in a more appropriate environment.
